摘要
As a semi-crystalline resin, the crystallization behavior of Polyether ether ketone at the interface between carbon fiber and resin matrix profoundly affects the interfacial properties of carbon fiber reinforced PEEK composite. Therefore, the research on the interfacial crystallization behavior of CF/PEEK composite is of great significance. Aiming at Chinese-made T1100-grade carbon fiber and PEEK resin matrix, the effects of cooling rate and sizing agent on the interfacial crystallization behavior of T1100-grade carbon fiber/PEEK were studied by POM and DSC, and the IFSS was tested by microdebond. The experimental results show that the increase of the cooling rate and the removal of the sizing agent can improve the nucleation ability of PEEK and promote the interfacial crystallization of PEEK. PEEK starts to form transcrystallization, when the nucleus density is increased to about 0.07/mu m. The interfacial crystallization behavior has an effect on the interfacial properties. The IFSS increases with increasing cooling rate and removal of sizing agent.
