摘要
To identify the effect of digital transformation on the supply chain resilience, we use the outbreak of COVID-19 as a quasi-natural experiment and applies the double-difference method to identify the influence of digital transformation on supply chain resilience. The results verify that digital transformation improves firms' supply chain resilience. In addition, the heterogeneity analysis revealed that the effect of digital transformation on firms' supply chain resilience is more significant in non-state-owned firms, non-high-tech industries, and firms located in non-resource-oriented cities. The above study expands the research framework of external macro-environmental shocks and micro-enterprise behaviors, and also provides some insights and helps in understanding the impact of the subsequent transformation.
