摘要
With the development of artificial intelligence and advanced sensing technologies, patrolling and law enforcement for water and fisheries conservation are also becoming intelligent and unmanned. The combination of deep learning and machine vision can realize automatic detection and identification. Based the fact that lidar and electro-optical pointing device have good complementarity, in this paper, a novel target detection, positioning and identification strategy is designed, and better results are achieved through the spatial-temporal clustering of point cloud data and the fusion of multi-sensor technology, and verified by the real ship test.
