摘要
Air film cooling technology is an effective way to reduce the heat load on the surface of the turbine blade. Digital twin technology could create a digital model corresponding to a turbine blade by using digital information technologies such as big data, and 3D technology to realize a comprehensive mapping and simulation. This paper uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to explore the factors affecting the air film cooling and the air film cooling mechanism on the simplified model, and investigates the air film cooling efficiency of different hole-type structures under different blowing ratios, and describes the air film cooling mechanism. Based on this, the paper tries to combine digital twin technology with simulation data to obtain a large amount of simulation data easily in a short time in the future. This is an exploration for building a simulation digital twin database to achieve the improvement of the air film cooling efficiency in further design and manufacture of turbine blade.
