摘要
This paper presents the process of modelling and simulating a simple model of a wheel for the braking system of a vehicle. Two cases of brakes are shown: with and without an ABS system. In addition, a simulation of the dynamic behaviour of the vehicle under heavy braking conditions was performed. The developed mathematical model is presented in a block diagram in the computer program (c) MATLAB Simulink. The obtained computer model was used to analyse the behaviour of the wheel under different conditions, where the time responses of the angular velocity at the wheel were observed as well as the wheel slip. a slip around the optimum value of 20 % ensures a greater frictional force between the wheel and road.
