Mixing behaviour in the iron bath of a smelting reduction furnace

摘要
To address the existing issues in the current smelting reduction process and improve the efficiency of coal resource utilization, this study proposes an integrated technology for smelting reduction ironmaking and coal gasification. The smelting reduction vessel in this technology is characterized by a thick slag layer and a double-layer side lances that act on the molten slag. The mixing behavior of slag in the smelting reduction vessel was investigated with the physical simulation method. The effect of lance design parameters, as well as the thickness and viscosity of slag, on the mixing time was examined using both the orthogonal method and the control variable method. The optimal combination of lance design parameters was determined to be A (50 degrees)-B (135 mm)-C (98 mm)-D (55 degrees)-E (135 mm). Based on these optimal lance design parameters, it was found that the mixing time increases with both the increase of slag thickness and viscosity. Afin de r & eacute;soudre les probl & egrave;mes existants dans le proc & eacute;d & eacute; actuel de r & eacute;duction par fusion et d'am & eacute;liorer l'efficacit & eacute; de l'utilisation des ressources en charbon, cette & eacute;tude propose une technologie int & eacute;gr & eacute;e pour la fabrication du fer par r & eacute;duction par fusion et la gaz & eacute;ification du charbon. La cuve de r & eacute;duction par fusion de cette technologie est caract & eacute;ris & eacute;e par une couche & eacute;paisse de scories et de lances lat & eacute;rales & agrave; couche la cuve de r & eacute;duction par fusion, & agrave; l'aide de la m & eacute;thode de simulation physique. Sur la base du principe de similarit & eacute;, on a & eacute;tabli le mod & egrave;le physique avec un rapport d'& eacute;chelle de 1:20 par rapport au prototype. On a examin & eacute; l'effet des param & egrave;tres de conception de la lance, ainsi que l'& eacute;paisseur et la viscosit & eacute; des scories, sur le temps de m & eacute;lange en utilisant & agrave; la fois la m & eacute;thode orthogonale et la m & eacute;thode des variables de contr & ocirc;le. On a d & eacute;termin & eacute; que la combinaison optimale des param & egrave;tres de conception de la lance & eacute;tait A (50 degrees), B (135 mm), C (98 mm), D (55 degrees), E (135 mm). Sur la base de ces param & egrave;tres optimaux de conception de la lance, on a trouv & eacute; que le temps de m & eacute;lange augmente avec l'augmentation de l'& eacute;paisseur et de la viscosit & eacute; des scories.
