摘要
The frequent occurrence of extreme weather events, characterized by low probability and high risk, presents significant challenges to the safe and stable operation of power system. In response to the deeply integrated electric-gas cyber-physical energy system (EGCPES), this paper proposes a post-disaster recovery strategy for the electricity system that considers the impact of electric-gas coupling and the operational characteristics of power-to-gas (P2G) devices under extreme weather conditions. Firstly, an integrated energy netwrk-cyber network-transportation network (EN-CN-TN) coupling system model is constructed, taking into account the auxiliary functions of CN and TN in EN disaster recovery. Secondly, to address the deep interconnections between the electric and gas networks, a refined model of the P2G and a gas turbine (GT) model are developed, analyzing the effects of delayed start-stop operations of the P2G on flexible resource scheduling within the EN. Lastly, a coordinated recovery strategy is proposed, which synchronizes the repair scheduling of maintenance crews (MCs) with the restoration of the EGCPES. The effectiveness and applicability of the proposed strategy are validated using the IEEE 33 bus system and 7 node natural gas system.
