摘要
Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) networks define digital policy to guide spectrum maneuver, particularly reuse, within an area of interest (AOI). Most existing interference assessment methodology is risk-averse, leading to inefficient spectrum usage over large areas when using sensed environmental data to determine maneuver decisions. In this paper, we present a dynamic workflow for identifying sources of interference and automatically synthesizing digital policy using a novel clustering algorithm which finds smaller regions in the AOI, within which DSA networks can reuse available resources based on an operator-specified interference risk level. We also demonstrate experimentally that our workflow can realize efficient, risk-informed frequency reuse in a dynamic electromagnetic environment.
