摘要
To explore the relationship between pro-family work support and job satisfaction of primary and secondary school teachers, and for proposing effective measures to improve their job satisfaction. Using a questionnaire survey of 725 primary and secondary school teachers at two time points, this study explored the relationship between pro-family work support provided in school organizations and primary and secondary school teachers' job satisfaction, as well as the multiple mediating roles of the individual teachers variables of work-to-family conflict, work-to-family enrichment, and work engagement in the relationship. The results indicate that pro-family work support significantly affects teachers' job satisfaction; work-to-family conflict, work-to-family enrichment and work engagement play mediating effects between pro-family work support and job satisfaction; and the effect value of the work-to-family enrichment path is significantly higher than that of the work-to-family conflict path. Therefore, strengthening pro-family work support for primary and secondary school teachers and helping them establish positive work-family relationships may be an effective way to improve teachers' job satisfaction.
