摘要
Objective: To characterize various ways of occurrence of lifestyle entrepreneurship (LE) in tourism and sports with real examples, highlighting promising paths for its study using theories from the field of entrepreneurship, and to encourage researchers to publish more on these subjects. Methodology/Approach: An essay based on a review of relevant literature and the use of real examples and a central fictional example drawn from the authors' research experiences and personal activities. Originality/Relevance: The editorial uses new arguments and foundations, uniquely characterizing the importance and need for research on the connections between lifestyle entrepreneurship (LE), sports, and tourism with theories from the field of entrepreneurship - specifically effectuation and bricolage. Contributions: The editorial calls for new studies and publications, taking advantage of the opportunities and potential contributions of research on LE using effectuation and entrepreneurial bricolage theories. It also anticipates and facilitates the positioning and exploration of these future studies, besides offering examples and useful explanations which are useful for learning about these topics.
