摘要
Granada, as a historic city, is affected by the high demand of the tourist market, a catalyst for the transformation of the urban model and a factor in phenomena such as gentrification, touristification and loss of urban characteristics. This paper analyzes the evolution of the urban fabric of the historic center of Granada in order to understand the development of public space, the change in local commerce and the mutation of the residential fabric. It is done using a cartographic approximation. Next, the different regulations and urban plans are evaluated, to identify the current urban planning model. The results show a deviation between reality and the existing planning proposals, offering a relevant illustration to understand the divergences between the technical and academic world of the real needs and the events of contemporary society.
