摘要
Cultural routes are considered during last decades just a touristic and economic perspective. Indeed, to promote their image and standing out international mentions could be a keyfordeveloping production and services. That's why is a priority to stablish typologies of routes, taking account the demand. Despite of this current concept, the literature and references about routes legal situation is limited, only by jurists. So, cultural routes need a new point of view, a new approach. This paper tries that the cultural routes be pondered with a different perspective, which could encourage the knowledge about routes. But it also is the main aim to stablish new strategies for an effective legal protection of routes activities which serve as best management promotion for all cultural heritages alive through the route layout.
