摘要
As a large broiler production and marketing country, China needs to establish a reliable and efficient traceability system to ensure the quality and safety of broiler products. Traditional broiler traceability has problems such as overcentralization of the system and easy tampering of the traceability data, which cannot ensure the safety of the traceability information of broiler products. In order to effectively solve the centralization problem of traditional broiler traceability, ensure the reliability and transparency of broiler product traceability information, and provide consumers with peace of mind food safety protection. This paper proposes a broiler traceability system based on blockchain technology, which includes three sub-platforms for enterprise information management, government supervision and consumer traceability. The platform adopts Hyperledger Fabric and Hyperledger Explorer technologies to design smart contracts for the actual production-related data of each sector of the broiler industry chain, and uploads the broiler production information onto the chain; the government platform is responsible for auditing, certification and quarantine management; and the consumer platform provides PC and QR code traceability. After actual breeding application and functional performance testing, the feasibility and effectiveness of the system are verified, ensuring that the traceability information of broiler products is real and reliable.
