摘要
If other measures and medications for migraine prophylaxis are not sufficient, inhibitors of CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide) are currently an important option. However, many sufferers do not respond adequately to these medications either. Inhibiting the signaling molecule pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) could be a new approach to migraine prophylaxis.
