Wet chemical synthesis and photoluminescence properties of NaSrPO4:Dy3+ and NaSrPO4:Eu3+ phosphors for near UV-based w-LEDs

摘要
The NaSrPO4:Dy(3+)and NaSrPO4:Eu(3+)phosphors were synthesized with success via wet chemical synthesis. XRD and photoluminescence properties of the prepared phosphors were thoroughly investigated. The XRD was used to confirm the hexagonal phase with P6(3)/mmc (194) space group. The emission peaks of NaSrPO4:Dy3+ phosphor are observed at 484 and 574 nm under excitation at 350 nm. When NaSrPO4:Eu3+ phosphor was stimulated at 394 nm, the emission bands at 591 and 613 nm are found. The CIE coordinates indicate that the present phosphors have high colour purity. The results indicate that NaSrPO4:Dy3+ and NaSrPO4:Eu3+ phosphors were blue-yellow and orange-red emitting under n-UV converting w-LEDs.
