摘要
This paper shows the potential of 3D-printed electrodes in additive manufacturing, focusing on the use of ESD PLA (Electrostatic Discharge Polylactide) material. This paper investigates the suitability of 3D printing technology in creating conductive spherical shaped electrodes and the durability of 3D-printed electrodes. Despite the lower conductivity of ESD PLA compared to metal electrodes, initial results indicate its viability for circuit design. The paper concludes that with further testing and analysis, 3D-printed electrodes could offer a cost-effective and efficient alternative to conventionally manufactured electrodes. However, challenges such as the high resistance of ESD PLA and its low melting point need to be addressed. This research opens up new possibilities for the development and optimization of electric fields in additive manufacturing.
