摘要
Quartz glass is a high-temperature, chemically stable amorphous material that is widely utilized in aerospace and specialized protective applications. In this study, we propose a novel approach combining topology optimization and finite element analysis to design structures with a negative Poisson's ratio. These optimized structures are then fabricated using light-curing technology. The results demonstrate that the fabricated structures not only exhibit the desired negative Poisson's ratio and exceptional tensile properties, but also possess characteristics that are comparable to those of commercial quartz glass. This approach not only accelerates the fabrication of complex quartz glass components but also ensures the production of high-quality final samples.
