摘要
Currently, in order to obtain polymer materials with useful complex operational properties, either new approaches are being developed, or modification of existing, industrially produced polymers and oligomers with convenient, easy-to-find functional ingredients, especially the chemical modification method, is being used. Considering this point, the presented article is devoted to the synthesis and research of prepared composite samples based on a new compound oil-polymer resin with improved thermal stability and complex operating properties by involving the light gasoil fraction obtained in the process of catalytic cracking of oil of Baku oil refinery as a useful and modifying raw material in the synthesis process of phenolformaldehyde resin. In the presented article also have been shown results of some physical and chemical properties which have been determined using modern analytical methods such as IR spectrometers, Hitachi-S 3400N Scanning Electron Microscopy, as a continuation of the conducted research, elemental analysis of the composition of the studied sample was carried out on the basis of the joint working principle of SEM and "Oxford Instruments" atomic analyzer, and the obtained results have been given. Also, in the paper have been given the results of research conducted in the field of the possibility of obtaining coating-producing organic mineral compositions based on this oligomer and the synthesis conditions of the organic-mineral composite containing modified phenolformaldehyde resin and bentonite as a mineral filler. The article also presents the results of synthesis and research of decorative and protective coatings using pigments included in the achromatic group
