摘要
This study examines the impact of educational coaching on the motivation and personal development of Ecuadorian high school students. Using a mixed-method approach, a Likert scale survey was applied to a sample of 26 students before and after a coaching intervention. Pretest results revealed a predominance of extrinsic motivation and low self-efficacy levels. After the intervention, posttest results showed significant improvements in intrinsic motivation, autonomy, and personal goal setting. These findings highlight the effectiveness of educational coaching in promoting personal development and academic success in this student group.
