摘要
This report explores an interactive learning module designed to enhance advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) students' professionalism in the clinical environment. Addressing concerns about unprofessional behaviors, faculty developed this module to foster professional identity by targeting key areas such as email etiquette, clinical attire, readiness to learn, communication, and substance use. The module emphasized real- world scenarios aligned with the College of Nursing's policies and professional standards. Student feedback indicated high satisfaction, with >90% reporting increased awareness of professionalism expectations. This approach demonstrates scalable strategies in clinical education to promote professionalism and support student success. (c) 2025 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier Inc.
