New 14,15-dinor-neo-clerodane and neo-clerodane diterpenoids from Ajuga macrosperma Wall. ex benth

摘要
One new diterpenoid possessing a rare 14,15-dinor-neo-clerodane framework, ajugamacrin H (1), and one new neo-clerodane diterpenoid, ajugamacrin I (2), along with seven known analogues (3-9), were obtained from Ajuga macrosperma Wall. ex Benth.. Structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated primarily based on NMR and MS methods, and their absolute configurations were identified via ECD calculations. 3, 7, and 8 exhibited inhibitory activities on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells at 50 mu M. Moreover, compounds 1-9 were evaluated for their antibacterial effects against four strains of bacteria.
