摘要
We advance depth-sensitive terahertz near-field spectroscopy to deep-subcycle time scales to simultaneously access the local morphology and intrinsic out-of-plane charge carrier diffusion in metal halide perovskites. A surprising resilience of out-of-plane dynamics against chemical and structural variations is found on the nanoscale.
