摘要：
The ATLAS experiment is preparing for the High-Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) upgrade, which will require the substitution of the current Inner Detector (ID) with a new all-silicon Inner Tracker (ITk). This work presents the results of the ITk Pixel system test, focusing on module performance, power consumption, data transmission and cooling efficiency, during detector integration. The results validate the system's readiness for the extreme conditions expected at the HL-LHC.
