摘要
The effects of graphite fluoride (FGi) nanoparticles on the tribological properties of lithium composite grease were investigated with a four-ball tester. When the mass fraction of FGi was 0.2 wt%, it had the best tribological performance, and the friction coefficient and the wear-spot diameter were reduced by 12.9 % and 13.3 %, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy, laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to observe the steel-ball wear spot. These results showed that FGi nanoparticles filled the surface of the wear spot and generated FeF3 film during the friction process.
