Influence of the topological laws of scattering in the Rayleigh limit on resonance and diffuse statistical scattering of the Rayleigh wave

摘要
It is established that the new topological laws of statistical Rayleigh wave scattering in the Rayleigh limit strongly influence the resonance and diffuse scattering frequency and angular spectra. This is caused by the strong meta-Rayleigh modulation of scattering by the correlation function form of statistical inhomogeneity in a wide frequency range from the Rayleigh to diffuse limits. These new physical phenomena violate and expand the fundamental concept of the Rayleigh scattering.
