摘要
In this study, we present the development and application of a highly efficient catalyst, copper-doped magnetic carbon aerogel (CMCA), synthesized from a hydrogel matrix incorporating N-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl] methacrylamide (DMAPMA) and acrylic acid (AAc). This novel CMCA catalyst was employed in the coppermediated alkyne-azide cycloaddition (CuAAC) click reaction, enabling the synthesis of a diverse array of 1,4disubstituted-1,2,3-triazole glycoconjugate derivatives. The unique porous 3D architecture of CMCA demonstrated exceptional catalytic performance, facilitating the CuAAC click reaction between sugar azides and pvanillin-derived terminal alkynes, with yields reaching up to 92 %. The catalytic efficacy of CMCA is largely attributed to its 2 % copper content, as verified by energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) elemental mapping. When compared with conventional copper(I) iodide (CuI) catalysts, CMCA exhibited a significant 20-30 % increase in reaction yield, underscoring its superior efficiency. This enhanced catalytic performance is attributed to the synergistic interaction between copper and iron within the polymeric matrix of the carbon aerogel, positioning CMCA as a versatile and highly effective catalyst for various chemical transformations.
