摘要
The Upper Volga hydroelectric power plant (HPP) cascade has already celebrated its 80th anniversary. The research provides a comprehensive assessment of the concrete and reinforced concrete HPP structures, including an analysis of the water state which affects concrete corrosion. Patterns of change in the concrete strength characteristics were identified. The article offers recommendations for further reliable and safe operation of the hydraulic structures of the Upper Volga HPP cascade.
