摘要
In order to verify the measurement effect of the self-developed Transmission Magnetoelastic Induc-tion nomdestruetive testing System, four steel plates of two materials and different shapes are cut from the fac-tory produetion line as residual stress measurement samples. The residual stress is measured and compared by self-developed System, X~ray diffraction method, ultrasound method and blind hole method respectively. The re_ sults show that the residual stress measurement results of the four methods are significantly different, even at the same measurement point, and even the residual stress measurement values have opposite symbols at indi-vidual measurement points. In view of the significant differences in the measurement result data, starting from the detection principles of the four methods, this paper qualitatively analyzes the causes of the differences, and tries to summarize the technical characteristics of the four methods and puts forward some suggestions for the use of each method. © 2024 Nanjing University of Aeronautics an Astronautics.
