摘要
This paper describes the analysis of cooling operation for an office building with multiple air-conditioning heat sources and cooling water systems. It also evaluated the energy-saving impact of further optimizing the cooling water system operation. 1. BEMS data of the office building was analyzed to reveal the cooling water system operation in the cooling of the air-conditioning heat source. Furthermore, characteristic equations for cooling water pump were created. 2. A study using simulation models incorporating cooling water systems and heat sources confirmed that more energy-saving potential from lowering the cooling water temperature and expanding the free cooling period. © 2024 Architectural Institute of Japan.
