摘要
For industries, removing pollutants from industrial effluents is a significant task. The environment is seriously endangered by these contaminants. With the development of environment friendly nanomaterials, industry may spend less money on mitigating harmful pollutants, thanks to nanotechnology. Because of their improved mechanical, chemical, and physical characteristics, nanomaterials are attracting more interest. Green biotechnology, a developing area of nanotechnology for sustainable manufacturing and cost reduction, has gained a substantially larger push by the use of microorganisms in the generation of nanoparticles. The goal of this paper is to address the different microbial nanotechnology-integrated industrial wastewater bioremediation concerns. Microorganisms and nanotechnology can be used to valorise the waste. This brief discussion also covers the advantages of employing nanotechnology over conventional approaches in several sectors. © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
