摘要
Aiming at low power density, difficult triggering, and poor durability of triboelectric nanogenerator, a novel-designed umbrella-shaped triboelectric nanogenerator (U-TENG) is proposed in this paper to collect low-frequency small vibration energy. First, based on the folding umbrella structure, the paper base is used as the connecting mechanism, enabling the upper and lower umbrella panels to open and close in an orderly fashion in a vibration environment. This effectively improves the bonding effect and increases the number of electric units. Besides, in the configuration of the triboelectric unit, by stacking the fluoro rubber, more charge is induced on the conductive layers to optimize the output performance. The results show that the maximum ISC and VOC of the TENG can reach 125.9 μA and 804 V, respectively, when two triboelectric units are operated in parallel on the folding umbrella. The instantaneous power density is up to 509.3 W/m3 under low frequency and small amplitude vibration. U-TENG can collect different forms of vibration energy in the environment, especially the ability to collect pulse vibration, which drives up to about 960 LED lights. This provides a new idea for the efficient capture of low-frequency vibration energy in complex environments. ©2024 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
