摘要
A study was made of the crystallization kinetics of S-Se alloys in the sulfur concentration range from 0 to 18 at. %. The kinetic parameters of crystallization, n and k (figuring in the Kolmogorov-Avrami equation), were calculated at various temperatures. The values of the activation energies attest to the fact that the crystallization process occurs by switching of covalent bonds. The effect of sulfur on the overall crystallization process is related to the microheterogeneous structure of alloys consisting of selenium rings and mixed S-Se rings.
