摘要
Turbidite systems are complex heterogeneous siliciclastic deposits that require a new approach to geophysical and geostatistical reservoir characterization. A method was developed to derive conditional probabilities of facies from seismic data. A geostatistical method was used to integrate a large-scale probability model with smaller scale geological models comprising channel complexes typical for known turbidite systems around the world.
