摘要
A novel method was presented to measure the internal parameters of electrooptically Q-switched RF excited waveguide CO2 laser. The small-signal gain, internal losses, saturation intensity etc. can be measured by this method, and this method can also be used to measure the internal parameters of other kinds of lasers.
