摘要
A computer-controlled signal generator is described that consists of an externally triggered 8-bit DAC with built-in 256 multiplied by 8 RAM and 256 multiplied by 8 PROM. The clock frequency is 50 MHz, the external start frequency is up to 8 MHz, the start-output delay is less than 20 nsec, the reset time is less than 100 nsec, and the output signal is 0-1. 2 v. The generator is CAMAC-compatible.
