摘要：
Chaff jamming is one of the passive jamming schemes frequently used, and more and more attention has been paid upon it by every country. This paper analyses the property of echo signal when the active fuzes are jammed by the chaff, including the voltage property and power property. As chaff jamming is influenced by many factors, statistical method is used in this analysis.
