摘要
The results of an X-ray spectral and microscopic investigation of 'light' and 'dark' fractures and structure of cast iron V4 42-12 are presented. There is enhanced magnesium and sulphur content near 'black spots' of dark fracture. Investigation of X-ray emission bands reveals lower cementite content in the case of dark fracture. The nature of the black spots iron is discussed.
