On the problem of individual character recognition in a printed text

摘要
A procedure for character recognition in a printed text is described, which allows, within the framework of the structural approach, to render the recognition process less sensitive to image distortions. A loaded graph is used for image description. A valuable example illustrating the features of this procedure is given.
