摘要
To achieve rapid graphitization in a low alloy structural steel, the effects of pre-quenching, pre-cold rolling and graphitization temperatures on the graphitization rate were studied by dilatometric measurements and optical microscopic observations. The time required 1300 degree 50% graphitization showed the characteristic C curve behavior with a changing graphitization temperature, and the noses of the C curves, i. e. the temperatures of the highest graphitizing rate, were in the range of 923-973 K. The effects of pre-quenching were remarkable and rather complex.
