摘要
From a critical consideration of laminating processes for manufacturing GFRP results that either universal techniques are used requiring a high expenditure of labor, or that their use is confined within narrow limits, at the same time with low working time but high cost of investment. The technique of vibration and UV curing are methods suited for rationalizing the manufacture of GRP laminates. By combining the two methods a cycle and flow production have been developed, and up to the present make it possible to manufacture flat, slightly shaped and cylindrical parts. The methods are distinguished by a high labor productivity and fast amortisation due to their low equipment cost, besides achieving qualitative improvements of the laminate and reducing health hazards.
