摘要
All operations of a fire department involve the time factor. The quick alerting of the fire department is one of the decisive prerequisites for successful help extended to the individual person. One of the functions of the operations control organization is to keep the time interval between the reception of emergency calls and the departure of fire fighting teams as short as possible. The subject of this article is the new operating system of the operations control of the Hamburg fire department, which is equipped with a data processing system.
