Results from the study of oxygen supply systems in the kraft pulp mill are reported and different oxygen supply systems are compared. The benefits to the environment and energy economics of using oxygen in different pulp mill processes are evaluated. The scope for using the nitrogen gas produced simultaneously is explored.
