摘要
It is shown that for the identical activity of the flux pools, the area of spreading of the brazing alloy over the surface of Al in brazing depends on the ratio of interfacial tensions in the metal-flux- brazing alloy system. The spreading of the brazing alloy, and the filling of the gap with this alloy, are linked through a complicated relationship which depends on the activity of the flux, on the specific features of the fluxing processes, and on the interaction of the brazing alloy with the material being brazed.
