摘要
Three new developments in radiological methods are described: (1) The X-ray flying-spot system; (2) Television fluoroscopic methods; and (3) Image processing, image enhancement, and image restoration. These three methods have a common factor in that, at some stage, the image is treated as a raster and either converted to an electronic time-based signal, or digitized. Some industrial applications of these new radiological techniques are cited.
