Temperature measurement by thermocouple in a microwave field

摘要
It was found that there was a distinct response fluctuation when temperature was measured by thermocouple in a microwave field. Further experiments showed that such fluctuation was related to the action of microwave and the measurement intervals. Proposed in this paper is a method of proper temperature measurement by thermocouple during microwave irradiation and the relevant mechanism is also elucidated.
