摘要
The twisting-and-winding system of a ring spinning machine is the location of intensive dynamic phenomena. The most accurate information about parameters such as tension or balloon shape which are related to these phenomena could be obtained by on-line measurements. Unfortunately such information is always fragmentary and only confined to a fragment of the spinning process, whereas sufficiently complex mathematical models and computer programmes developed from them could form a basis for conducting a broad range of investigations, presenting the reaction of the system to individual disturbances. In this article a simulation programme of dynamic phenomena, based on the mathematical model developed by the author is presented. Numerical experiments were conducted for selected technology and yarn parameters. The graphs of time characteristics of tensions and balloon shape as a reaction to separate disturbances, which have not yet published are presented.
