摘要
Much computer time is wasted in microprocessor systems due to waiting for slow peripheral equipment, particularly in text processing where the I/O operations consume most of the time. A concept, comprising hardware and software, is described which is capable of servicing up to 15 display terminals with the aid of a single microprocessor.
