European Network of Natural Gas Pipelines. Central Position of TENP and MEGAL Pipelines.

This is a French version of the article recently published by the Ruhrgas AG company in Essen about the European network of natural gas transportation. Containing several maps and diagrams, the article describes the principal gas pipelines giving detailed data on their dimensions and routes and emphasizing the two central pipelines crossing West Germany: the TENP line, running roughly along the western frontier of Germany, and the MEGAL line, running in the east-west direction from the Czech border at Waidhaus to Mendelsheim on the French border and linking East and West European gas transportation systems.
