The authors have developed an optical control and measuring setup (OCS) of the correlation nonholographic type for simultaneous measurement of the dimensions of workpieces in different sections. The use in OCS of an ordinary incandescent lamp as the light source and only one photodetector to record information on the sizes of the workpieces substantially increases the operational reliability of the setup and improves its metrological characteristics. This paper describes the measurement principle, the structural layout, and the results of an experimental study of OCS based on the Elektronika-60 microcomputer with the QUASIC programming language.
