摘要
Because of the high reflectivity and the high thermal conductivity, aluminum alloys were considered as the forbidden zone of CO2 laser welding for a time. In this paper, the experiment of the laser welding of 3004 and 6063 aluminum alloy under the conditions without solder and without any chemical surface treating but using the suitable laser parameters and technology was introduced. The microstructure of 6063 aluminum alloy weld and the defects in the welding zone were analyzed.
